Jacqueline Borer
Jacqueline Borer, CEO, founded Borer Financial Communications, Inc. in 1996. Ms. Borer is an expert in SEC EDGAR filings and has a broad range of securities law experience. Her knowledge extends to virtually all form types accepted by the SEC.
Borer Financial’s success lies in Ms. Borer’s passion and keen eye for detail. She not only ensures that the documents are filed on a timely basis with the SEC, but she also makes sure that they are aesthetically pleasing and that all of our clients’ last-minute revisions are successfully incorporated into the documents.
Ms. Borer has overseen the transition from paper filings to electronic filings. She is also fully versed in the requirements and procedures for iXBRL filings.
Ms. Borer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from Fairleigh Dickinson University in Teaneck, New Jersey.
Stephanie Allen
Stephanie Allen joined Borer Financial in 1999 and progressed to become the Head of the Operations division. Her duties involve interacting with our clients, internal staff and the Securities and Exchange Commission on a daily basis. Mrs. Allen is responsible for overseeing the in-house proofreading staff to ensure that EDGAR documents are formatted correctly and that all of the clients’ revisions are incorporated into their SEC filings. Mrs. Allen was formerly an SEC paralegal.
